You need an E series combox. Don't get an F series as that won't work as far as I know. Then you need a connector for the combox.

You move the 10 or so pins from your TCU connector to the Combox connector based on the chart in the attachment. Not all cars have all the wires so just ignore what you don't have. Get the bluetooth antenna posted above. Code and you are done.
