This happened to me too. They are just backed up. Double check to make sure your car is priority 1 status. Call your CA and have them out to the carrier. |
My diff was fixed about 2 weeks ago in NJ, it is now in Baltimore and has had 2 more work orders opened on the car and no one will tell me what is going on. No eta or even an estimated delivery date. I second the CF and ridiculousness of this. So frustrated, disappointed...
