Guys, this is 1989. No it shouldn't have been faster, 0 to 60 in six seconds was pretty damn quick in 1989, no matter what car was producing it.

And no, it wasn't the best E30 M3 iteration. That goes hands down to the Sport Evo. VERY cool article though, thanks for posting. The M30 is such a fantastic engine.
