Looks better than the low res version but still feels like they're trying to turn something ugly into a looker. The 90 degree angle between the too flat bonnet and too upright grill at the front seems old fashioned and too big for the rest of the car. Reminds me of an old American gas guzzler. Side intakes and more slanted look are cool though. Front window looks funny too - a bit small with thick pillars. Maybe it'll grow on me. Personal taste thing I suppose but I like the old dash more as well. No probs with there being an tablet screen - it's the wood panelling that doesn't look as balanced and asthaetically pleasing.
Very x3/x1 feel as well. As I've mentioned in other posts (only new and entered a couple) I ordered the 2013 m sport (on a great deal admittedly) after seeing the low res and was hoping I didn't regret it so feeling a bit better now as it'll prob take a while before I genuinely like this one.
