Class back in session—- if you go back to the original meaning… you would be wrong (as would I in my previous post).

The original meanings had zero do do with the opening at all.

Sunroof can completely block light (movable shade)

Moonroof.. no shade.


The florid ad copy read, "When open, you see the Moon and it sees you, but when closed only you have the view." So, historically no, they are not the same. Sunroof means no light or air when the roof is closed (think of a sunshade); moonroof is a glass sunroof you can look through.

hey i have same tick as you describe. i am pretty good with bmws and i also have wheel spacers. its not them making the noise its your tire rubbing just enough to make you think its something else and you dont see it on tire. lol
