All the cars you listed have wider rear tires (305/315/325s) than the M5 (285), so bigger contact patch => more traction => better 0-60 times, where traction is really important.

In addition, the Ferrari and the McLaren are also significantly lighter than the M5 (the McLaren is 1000+ pounds lighter), so the already wider tires are under less load and should perform better. The Demon has similar weight to the M5, and so has to use drag radials in order to put power down.

I suspect the M5 will post similar 0-60 times in 2WD as in 4WD if you fit the Demon's 315/40R18 drag radials to the rears instead of 285 all seasons and put an experienced driver behind the wheel.
